Beyond Blue is an Australian mental health and wellbeing support organisation. They provide support programs to address issues related to depression, suicide, anxiety disorders and other related mental illnesses. They have some excellent resources to help during tough times. 1800RESPECT is a confidential informational, counselling and support service for individuals experiencing domestic violence. Beyond Blue
The Beyond Now app is a useful tool for setting up a safety plan for yourself or your loved one. It is a guided app that helps you work through the process of creating a safety plan to follow. It will help you through the steps of recognising your warning signs, making a safe space, and what to do and how to think to cope better.
