ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the business. The role supports the day to day operations of the clinic through tasks such as answering and directing calls, administrative assistance and ensuring the office is well presented. Relevant experience in a similar client facing role is desirable. Training is provided.
We are seeking an experienced administration officer 5 days per week (Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week) who with excellent customer service and communication skills skills who is professional and caring. This person would be hired on a casual basis initially. This position is paid under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award [MA000027] - Support Services Employees - Casual - Level 4.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF OUR ADMIN STAFF
The role would involve the following tasks:

Greeting visitors and clients of the business
-
Handling and directing all inbound calls
-
Front desk reception duties
-
EFTPOS and Coreplus management software
-
Reconciliation of invoices and payments
-
Email preparation
-
Processing client requests as required
-
Maintaining appearance of front office and kitchen area
The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.

Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.

Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.

Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.

Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
